The Chung-Ang University Hospital Department of Ophthalmology conducts all subdivided medical practices of ophthalmology regarding cataract, retina, external eyeball, glaucoma, strabismus, pediatric ophthalmology neuro-ophthalmology, and cosmetic ophthalmology. We have been making efforts to provide the best medical services with our competent medical professionals, state-of-the-art medical equipment, and systematic and specialized medical care system.

We are actively involved in researches on vision rehabilitation to improve the quality of life of patients with glaucoma, retinal diseases, chronic intractable ocular surface diseases, dysthyroid ophthalmopathy caused by systemic thyroid diseases, and low vision, whose importance is growing in the era of aging population.
